The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Operation Of The Senior Taxi Service. The Service Will Be Provided To Citizens With Permanent Residence In The Cadastral Territory Of Vsetín, Rokytnice U Vsetína, Jasenka, Over 65 Years Of Age Inclusive And Holders Of Ztp Or Ztp/P Regardless Of Age (Hereinafter Only Authorized Person) For Transportation To/From Transport Locations Selected By The Contracting Authority, Including The Transportation Of Smaller Loads And Accompanying Luggage Of These Authorized Persons. The Senior Taxi Service Will Be Provided As A Taxi Service According To Act No. 111/1994 Coll., On Road Transport, As Amended, And Decree No. 478/2000 Coll., Which Implements The Act On Road Transport, As Amended. The Supplier Will Provide Three Vehicles (Maximum Age Of Each Vehicle Is 2 Years) With A Driver For The Transportation Of Authorized Persons. All 3 Vehicles Will Be Mpv, Suv Or Similar Bodies With The Provision That They Will Be Suitable For The Transport Of Persons With Reduced Mobility, I.E. Higher Seats, Sufficient Legroom In The Vehicles And Sufficient Space To Transport A Folded Wheelchair, French Poles, Etc. Two Vehicles Will Be Provided On Weekdays From 06:30 To 17:00 And On Weekends (Saturdays And Sundays) From 06:30 To 12:00. If Necessary, A Third Vehicle Will Be Provided Only On Working Days Between 06:30 And 12:00. The Supplier Will State The Legal Title For Each Of The Above-Mentioned Vehicles, On The Basis Of Which The Vehicle In Question Will Be At His Disposal (E.G.
