Mna Currently Has Its Main Facility For Waste Reception At Sandmoen In Overhalla Municipality. The Administration Is Located In Barlia In The Same Municipality. Retura-Nt As And Retrans As (Dept. Namsos) Are Currently Located In Shared Premises At Spillum In Namsos. Mna Will Now Build A New Main Facility On The Skage Industrial Area In Overhalla Municipality, Where All The Above-Mentioned Functions Will Be Gathered In The Same Area. This Procurement Concerns The Preparation Of A Preliminary Project And Tender Basis For A Turnkey Contract In 2 Phases, - Preliminary Project In Phase 1 And Tender Basis For A Turnkey Contract In Phase 2. It Is Open For The Tenderer To Participate Together With The Turnkey Contractor In The Next Phase. This Means That This Procurement Is Terminated When The Tender Basis Is Handed Over
