Whh Works On The Principle Of Help To Self-Help: From Fast Disaster Relief To Reconstruction And Long-Term Development Cooperation Projects With National And International Partner Organizations. Whh, Hereinafter Referred To As The Organization, Invites Bids From Eligible Individuals, Firms, Scrap Dealers, And Corporate Entities For The Purchase Of Decommissioned, Redundant, Or Used Assets Through A Competitive Auction Process. All Assets Scheduled For Disposal Are Legally Owned By The Organization And Have Been Cleared For Disposal Under Internal Asset Management Guidelines, Donor Regulations, And The Statutory Laws Of The Government Of Pakistan. The Transfer Of These Items Will Be Managed Through A Transparent Auction Process Governed Strictly By The Clauses Detailed Within This Dossier.
