The St. Lawrence Parks Commission (Slpc) An Agency Of The Ministry Of Tourism, Culture And Gaming Is Seeking To Procure A Suitable Vendor Under Rfb For The Operation And Maintenance Of The Skywood Eco Adventure Park Property In Mallorytown, Ontario. Scope Of Work The Purpose Of This Rfb Is To Identify And Procure A Suitable Vendor For The Operation And Maintenance Of The Skywood Eco Adventure Park Located In Mallorytown, Ontario. The Vendor Will Operate The Skywood Eco Adventure Park As A High-Quality Recreation And Leisure Attraction On Behalf Of Slpc And Pursuant To The Technical Standards And Safety Authority (Tssa) For Amusement Device Licensing And Guidelines. The Vendor Will Also Maintain The Skywood Eco Adventure Park In Accordance With The Terms And Conditions Set Out In The Agreement. The Structure Of The Procurement Is Planned As A No-Cost Request For Bids (Rfb) With The Expectation That Slpc Will Receive Rental Income And A Percentage Of Sales Income From The Successful Bidder
