The Framework Agreement Establishes A Framework That Will Serve As A Basis For The Award Of Future Partial Contracts (Orders). The Tenderer Is Expected To Quote Maximum Prices Based On Bus Size, Number Of Kilometers And Number Of Hours That The Bus Is Rented. For Specific Partial Assignments, The Price May Never Exceed These Maximum Prices. Naturally, The Agenda Is Largely Determined By The School Calendar, So There Will Be Little Or No Bus Transport Required During The Regular (Flemish) School Holidays. The Excursions And Student Numbers Stated In The Assignment Documents Are Examples Of Trips From Previous Years. Since The Needs And Resources Of The Contracting Authority Can Change, There Is No Guarantee That These Journeys Will Have To Be Carried Out Again, This Is A Historical Overview. Both The Number Of Students And The Route (E.G. Different/New Stopover) Can Change. The Dates Of The Rides Are Also Determined By The Applicant, So Even For The Same Annual Ride This Could Vary Every Year.
