This Contract Concerns The Carrying Out Of Nutritional Analyzes Of Foodstuffs On Behalf Of The Non-Profit Organization Nubel (Nutrients Belgique). These Analyzes Aim To Determine The Nutritional Composition Of Foods In Order To Populate The National Reference Database, To Support Scientific Projects And To Guarantee The Quality Of The Information Disseminated On Nutrition. The Services Include The Analysis Of Macronutrients, Micronutrients, Vitamins, Minerals, Fibers, Sugars, Fatty Acid Profiles, Amino Acids As Well As Any Other Relevant Nutritional Parameters. The Contract Is Concluded In The Form Of A Unit Price Contract Executed By Purchase Orders, According To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. The Analysis Volumes And The Number Of Samples Vary And Cannot Be Determined In Advance. The Contract Is Concluded For A Period Of Four Years, Covering The Period 2027–2030. Analyzes Must Be Carried Out According To Scientifically Validated Methods (Iso, Aoac Standards Or Equivalent) By Laboratories With Valid Iso/Iec 17025 Accreditation. The Service Provider Is Also Responsible For Ensuring The Logistical Management Of Samples, Compliance With Analysis Deadlines, As Well As The Provision Of Complete And Usable Reports In Electronic Format. The Total Amount Of The Contract Is Estimated At A Maximum Of €200,000 Excluding Vat For Its Entire Duration, Without Commitment On The Volumes Actually Ordered.
