The Current Framework Agreements For Supervision For All Employment Groups Expire On December 31, 2026. In Order To Maintain The Quality Standard And Be Able To Offer Supervision In A New Way, A New Framework Agreement Is Needed To Support Couch Managers, Social Workers, Deputy Accommodation Managers And Child Carers Who Work Close To The Residents With Conflict Management, Goal Setting And Other Aids. For This Purpose, Management Supervision, Case Supervision And Flexible Supervision Should Be Advertised If Necessary, Such As Particularly Stressful Incidents And Conflict Management.
