Tenders Are Invited For Selection Of A Supplier Of Net Active Electrical Energy At The Low Voltage Level By The Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, For The Needs Of The So Region Ilinden

The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Delivery Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Zop And Covers The Legally Regulated Activity Of Supply And Sale Of Electricity For The Needs Of The Ilinden Region - Capital Municipality, Under The Conditions Of A Free Electricity Market. In This Regard, The Scope Of The Assignment Includes: Fulfilling The Duties And Functions Of A Supplier Of Net Active Electrical Energy And Coordinator Of A Balancing Group With Full Administration Of The Information Flow With The Electricity System Operator (Eso) And Bearing The Costs Of Imbalances For The Object Managed And Managed By The Contracting Authority For A Period Of 24 (Twenty-Four) Months, Starting From The Date Of Registration Of The First Delivery. The Quality Of The Supplied Electrical Energy Should Meet The Current Standards And Regulations In The Country. During The Delivery, The Continuity Of The Electricity Supply Should Be Ensured And Electric Energy Should Be Delivered With Quality And In Order, According To The Provisions Of The Energy Act (E) And The Other Normative Acts That Regulate Public Relations Related To The Supply Of Electric Energy (Including The Regulations To E, The Rules For Trading In Electric Energy (Ptee) And The Rules For Measuring The Quantity Of Electric Energy (Pikee). In The Capacity Of Balancing Group Coordinator, The Contractor Should Take Responsibility For Balancing, Include The Employer In The Balancing Energy Market As A Participant (Indirect Member) In A Standard Balancing Group, Without The Employer Paying A Participation Fee. The Contracting Authority Should Be Included In A Balancing Group, Without Additional Amounts Being Charged To The Balancing Group For Excess And Shortfall Of The Imbalances. The Contracting Authority Has No Commitments On Forecasting And Requesting The Necessary Amounts Of Electrical Energy. The Contractor Assumes All Imbalances Of Its Customers.
