The Order Is Divided Into 2 Separate Items For The Purchase Of Furniture For The Needs Of The Bas. Separate Position No. 1: Delivery And Installation Of Furniture For Block 29A Ban Separate Position No. 2: Delivery And Installation Of Furniture For Block 12 Ban For Each Specific Position, Activities Related To: Delivery Of Furniture; Assembly/Installation Of Furniture - Physical Installation Of The Delivered Furniture; Testing (Adaptation/Adjustment) Of Fixtures Where Applicable. Warranty Service And Maintenance Of The Delivered Furniture; The Technical Characteristics Of The Necessary Furniture And Their Corresponding Quantity Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification Of The Relevant Separate Item. Warranty Period And Warranty Maintenance: The Warranty Period Of The Furniture Is A Minimum Of 24 (Twenty-Four) Months (Valid For All Individual Items). Warranty Maintenance In The Warranty Period Means The Contractors Obligation To Ensure, At His Own Expense And Risk, The Free Removal Of All Damage, Defective Parts, As Well As The Removal Of Hidden Defects, Within The Scope Of His Warranty Responsibility, And Which Did Not Occur Through The Fault Of The Employer Or Third Parties.
