The Working Hours Of The Paid Parking Zone Are Currently At The Following Times: O On Official Working Days: 09:00 - 17:00 O On Weekends And Holidays: Non-Working Hours. Note: The Parameters Regarding The Working Hours Of The Paid Parking Zone Are Administered In The Software Of The Existing Sms Parking Platform Of The Municipality Of Veliko Tarnovo And No Change By The Selected Provider Should Be Necessary To Introduce A Specific Change. The Service Provider Should Provide An Opportunity To Pay For Parking Services In The Paid Parking Zone On The Territory Of The City Of Veliko Tarnovo By Directly Charging The Users Account To A Mobile Operator; Direct Billing When Paying With Bank Cards; Direct Billing Through An Electronic/Virtual Wallet, Through Integration With The Sms Parking Module Of The Municipality Of Veliko Tarnovo, Implementing Simultaneous Reporting Of Payments Using Different Channels. Requirements For The Paid Parking Service: - Allow Charging/Non-Charging (Depending On The Response Of The Municipalitys Sms Parking Platform), As Well As Sending Back An Sms Message Or Notification Via An Application To Confirm/Decline The Service; - Allow Notification Before The End Of The Paid Period For Paid Parking (By Sending Notification Sms Messages, In The Case Of Parking Via Sms, Or In An Appropriate Way When Paying Via An Application); - Allowing The Sending Of Emergency Sms Messages/Notifications, In Cases Of Seizure/Repatriation Of A Car/Others; - Allowing A Check For The Presence Of Penal Measures For A Car - A Check For A Pinned Car, A Check For A Repatriated Car.
