The Subject Of This Public Procurement Provides For The Provision Of Quality, Healthy And Nutritious Food For The Children Attending The Sinchets Kindergarten, Ruse, Through Periodic Deliveries Of Food Products In Nine Separate Positions. The Type And Quantity Of Food Products Are Specified In The Technical Specification - An Integral Part Of This Documentation. The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specification Are Estimated, But Correspond To The Actual Consumption Of The Childcare Facility. The Contracting Authority Will Declare The Delivery Of Food Products, According To The Arising Need. Requests For The Delivery Of The Food Products Are Submitted To The Contractor Once A Week No Later Than 5:00 P.M. On The Last Working Day Of The Week Preceding The Deliveries, In Writing, By A Person Designated By The Contracting Authority. Requests Are Sent To The Contractor By E-Mail Specified By Him, Under The Terms Of The Contract. Deliveries Of The Goods Are Made To The Free Warehouse Of The Childrens Institution, According To Prior Requests, On A Working Day As Follows: Daily, No Earlier Than 6:00 A.M. And No Later Than 10:00 A.M. On The Days Designated For Delivery. Regular Deliveries Do Not Exclude The Possibility Of Extraordinary Ones, When This Is Required For Objective Reasons. In The Event Of An Urgent Need For The Employer For Extraordinary Supplies, Requests Will Be Submitted To The Contractor By 10:00 A.M. On The Current Day. The Deadline For Carrying Out The Extraordinary Requests Is According To The Technical Proposal Of The Participant Selected As The Contractor.
