Supply Of The Necessary Elements For The Expansion Of The Vehicle And Video Surveillance Control Points In The Horta De Lleida (Sub_Obe_2026_0008).The Supply, Installation, Integration And Commissioning Of The Expansion Of The Vehicle Control And Video Surveillance System In Lhorta De Lleida, With The Purpose Of Reinforcing Public Safety And Improving Traffic Management. This Expansion Contemplates A Total Of 37 New Control And Surveillance Points, Distributed In Three Main Types: • 20 Number Plate Reading Points (Lpr) In Solar Bars Compact, With Integrated Photovoltaic Plate System, Lithium Batteries, Communications Router And Approved Camera For Automatic License Plate Reading.• 12 License Plate Reading Points (Lpr) In Existing Support, With Connection To The Municipal Telecommunications Network Or Through A 4G/5G Router, Depending On The Availability Of Each Location.• 5 Environmental Video Surveillance Points (Vv), Without Electrical Supply With Solar Power System And Motion Detection Recording. All Installed Points Must Be Fully Compatible With The Corporate Management Platforms Currently In Service:• Alphanet Data Manager Platform For The Management And Exploitation Of Lpr Camera Data.• Genetec Platform For The Management And Exploitation Of Environmental Video Surveillance Cameras. The Object Of The Contract Also Includes:• The Total Integration Of New Equipment On Existing Platforms, Guaranteeing Interoperability And Operational Continuity. Also The Corresponding License Of Each Camera.• The Realization Of The Necessary Works And Adaptations (Foundation, Pipelines And Other Auxiliary Elements) For The Implementation Of The New Points.• The Legalization And Processing Of The Pertinent Licenses Before The Competent Bodies.• The Delivery Of All The Technical And Administrative Documentation Of The Installations (Plans, Report, Certificates And As-Built Documentation).• The Training Of Municipal Technical Personnel For The Correct Operation And Maintenance Of The System.
