Services Contract For The Optional Management And Health And Safety Coordination Of The Rehabilitation Work Of The Santa Bárbara Farmhouse And The Construction Of An Annex Pavilion..Facultative Management Services (Do And Deo) And Safety And Health Coordination (Css) During The Rehabilitation Works Of The Santa Bárbara Farmhouse And The Construction Of An Annex Building. This Service Is Divided Into The Following Lots: Lot 1: Facultative Management Service Of The Works, With The Participation Of, As A Minimum, Three Differentiated Technicians:- A Senior Architect, Responsible For The Construction Management (Do), -An Architect/Technician, Responsible For The Management Of Material Execution (Deo), I-A Senior Engineer Or Technician, Responsible For Controlling The Execution Of Installation Networks. In No Case Can The Same Person Assume More Than One Of The Three Functions. Lot 2: Health And Safety Coordination Service In The Construction Phase. The Number Of Lots For Which The Same Candidate Can Submit An Offer. The Lots Can Be Awarded To The Same Company As Long As The People Responsible For The Different Lots Are Different And With Qualifying Qualifications For Each Function.
