Tenders are invited for Construction and Commissioning of Hanging Electric Fence System & Supply and Installation of Additional Horizontal Protection Wire System A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders for each procurement activity separately on submission of a written application on a business letterhead to the Director, Field Crops Research & Development Institute, Mahailuppallama from 01st July 2026 until 20th July 2026 during normal working days from 0900 hrs to 1500 hrs upon payment of a non refundable fee of LKR 5,000/= per a procurement activity. The method of payment is in cash. The bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of LKR 155,000/- if provide a Bank Guarantee or in cash, valid until 19th October 2026.
