Prequalifications are Invited for Procurement of Library Furniture and Equipment Non-Refundable Tender Fee of Ten Thousand Naira only (N10,000.00), in Bank Date Added: June 30, 2026 Deadline: 30/07/2026 Category: General Supplies & Services, Equipment Supply Note: All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter under the Company/Firms Letter Headed Paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM NO.) and e-mail address. The Letter head Paper must bear the names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorized officer of the firm. 4.0 COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS The standard bidding document (SBD) shall be made available to interested companies on presentation of evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of ten thousand Naira only (N10,000.00), in bank draft in favor of Port Harcourt Polytechnic Rivers states account obtained; from any reputable commercial, bank in Nigeria, and receipt issued by the Port Harcourt polytechnic Bursary Department in respect of the tender. All tender documents should be collected at the office of the Registrar, Port Harcourt Polytechnic. 5.0 SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit two (2) hard copies of bid for the lot desired. The technical and financial bids (with soft copy of financial bid also in MS Excel format) packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope and addressed to the Rector, Port Harcourt Polytechnic, Rumuola Rivers state and clearly marked with the name of the project and the Lot number. Furthermore, the reverse side of the envelope should be clearly marked with the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated tender box at the registrars office, Port Harcourt Polytechnic Rumuola Rivers state, not later than 12.00 noon on Thursday, 30th July, 2026. Please ensure that you sign the bid submission register in the office of the Registrar of the polytechnic, as Port Harcourt Polytechnic will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids. 6.0 OPENING OF BIDS The technical and financial bids will be opened immediately after the close of submissions, by 12:00 noon on Tuesday, 28th July, 2026 at the Academic Board Room, Port Harcourt Polytechnic, Rumuola, Rivers state, in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
