Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Tuesday 28 July 2026 up to 13 00 hours (Local Time). 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Tuesday 28 July 2026 from 16 01 hours till Thursday 30 July 2026 up to 13 00 hours. 5.
