Its mission is to eliminate gender based violence and all forms of discrimination, and to achieve full citizenship for women through a widespread and empowered membership, in collaboration with civil society.In partnership with NRC, RDFL is seeking a filmmaker or production house to produce a campaign within the framework of the national campaign on UNSCR 1325, focusing on the Protection Pillar.The campaign will consist of three short videos that highlight the double violence women and girls are subjected to during conflicts exposed both to the direct consequences of war and to gender based violence. Each video should emphasize that protection of womens rights is not conditional or temporary, but a permanent priority in times of war and peace. 2. Objectives Raise awareness on the compounded risks faced by women and girls during conflicts and wars. Position protection of womens rights as a cornerstone of peacebuilding and conflict prevention. Serve as both a pressure tool on decision makers and a public awareness piece reminding society of the urgent need for gender-sensitive protection measures. 3. Criteria for Submitting a BidApplicants must meet the following criteria: Be a senior filmmaker and director with a team or a legally registered entity with operations in Lebanon. Be directly responsible for the preparation, management, and implementation of the project. Have proven experience in film production, editing, animation, voice over, subtitles, and photography. Be financially sound with continuity throughout the project. Have Arabic speaking staff on board (compulsory). Possess technical equipment required for high quality production. Deliver tangible, efficient results and demonstrate capacity to budget effectively. 4. DescriptionRDFL seeks a professional communications service provider to deliver three high quality social media advocacy videos that align with RDFLs communications guidelines and donor branding rules.The service provider will be responsible for: Script development: Creating creative and compelling scripts in coordination with RDFL that highlight womens protection needs and the urgency of safeguarding rights during war and peace. Producing three videos: 1. Videos 1 and 2 will focus on the double violence women face conflict related risks combined with gender based violence and on their urgent protection needs. Both videos will underline that protection is a permanent priority for women and girls, never conditional.2. Video 3: A strong feminist call to action linking UNSCR 1325 to Lebanons current context, voiced by women from different backgrounds, reinforcing that protection is the cornerstone of peace and justice. Production standards: Videos must be produced with English subtitles, optimized for social media distribution and delivered in high quality formats suitable for online campaigns. Tone and approach: Feminist, human centered, sensitive to Lebanons socio political context, and designed to maximize impact on social media platforms.6.
