A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In Swz Part. Iii Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And In Part Iv Swz (Ppu) And Annexes To Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For An On-Site Visit. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. 5.
