Cié Is Seeking A Qualified Supplier To Deliver Nationwide Network Cabling Services Across Its Operating Companies, Including Break/Fix Support, Maintenance, And New Installations For Both Copper And Fibre Infrastructure The Appointed Vendor Will Be Responsible For The End To End Delivery Of Structured Cabling Works, Including Installation, Repair, Testing, And Certification Of Network Cabling, Comms Cabinets, And Associated Passive Network Equipment. A Key Element Of The Requirement Is The Provision Of A Responsive And Robust Support Model, With Defined Service Levels, Rapid Incident Response, And Clear Escalation Procedures, Supported By Integration With Cié’S It Service Management Processes. The Supplier Must Demonstrate The Capability To Provide Consistent Service Delivery Across A National, Multi-Site Estate, Including Technically Complex Environments Such As Trackside Locations, Working At Height, And Underground Infrastructure. The Successful Vendor Will Also Be Required To Provide Appropriate Governance, Reporting, And Continuous Improvement Mechanisms, While Ensuring Compliance With All Relevant Health, Safety, Security, And Certification Standards.
