Work Detail
The Insurance Company shall provide Group Insurance coverage for approximately 1,530 employees including officers and staff, as per defined pay scales and corresponding fixed premium contributions already specified in the bidding documents. The insurer is required to propose and quote the sum assured against each pay scale/category for risks including natural death, accidental death, and partial/permanent disability, as well as invalid retirement or total permanent disability, in line with the prescribed premium structure. The coverage shall be applicable to all eligible employees during the contract period. Any additional benefits, riders, or value-added services offered under the policy shall be clearly detailed by the insurer in their proposal.
