Tenders Are Invited For Property And Liability Insurance And Vehicle Insurance

The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Is The Provision Of Services Consisting Of: A) Property And Liability Insurance (Hereinafter Referred To As Property And Liability Insurance). The Subject Is In Particular Insurance Of Immovable And Movable Property, Insurance Of Liability For Damage Or Other Damage; B) Liability Insurance For Damage Caused By The Operation Of A Motor Vehicle (Compulsory Liability) And Accident Insurance For Vehicles (Hereinafter Referred To As Compulsory Liability And Accident Insurance). Liability Insurance Applies To The Contracting Authority And Further To The Contributory Organizations Established By It Listed In Appendix No. 8 – List Of Co-Insured Entities. These Entities Are Insured Under The Same Conditions As The Contracting Authority For The Entire Duration Of The Insurance Contract, I.E. From Its Very Beginning. Property Insurance Of Contributory Organizations And Other Co-Insured Entities Will Be Included In The Insurance Gradually During The First Year Of The Insurance Contract, Following The Termination Of The Existing Insurance Contracts Of These Organizations, As Stated In Appendix No. 7 Zd. In Accordance With § 35 Zzvz, The Public Contract Is Divided Into Two Parts, Namely: A) Property And Liability Insurance – Part 1; B) Compulsory Liability And Accident Insurance – Part 2. The Subject Of Insurance Will Be Secured By Concluding Insurance Contracts For A Period Of 48 Months With The Possibility Of Automatic Extension, For Each Part Of The Public Contract Separately. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Extend The Duration Of The Contract, Even Repeatedly, Under The Condition Of Maintaining The Agreed Business Conditions, Especially The Prices And Discounts Provided. On The Basis Of The Concluded Insurance Contracts, The Selected Supplier/Suppliers Will Provide The Contracting Authority With The Performance Of The Subject Of The Public Contract. The Supplier Can Submit Its Offer For One Part Of The Public Contract Or For Both Parts Of The Public Contract. If The Supplier Decides To Submit Bids For Both Parts Of The Public Contract, The Bids Must Be Submitted Separately And Each Bid Must Contain All Documents In Accordance With The Requirements Set By The Zd, Including Documents Proving The Fulfillment Of Qualifications. The Conditions And Requirements Stated In The Zd Always Apply To Both Parts Of The Public Contract, Unless Expressly Stated Otherwise. A Detailed Definition Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement And Each Of Its Parts, Including The Technical Conditions In The Details Necessary For The Processing Of The Offer, Is Given In The Appendices Of The Zd, Namely Appendix No. 7 To Appendix No. 11 Of The Zd.
