The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Order Is The Delivery Of A Firefighting Vehicle, While All The Details Of The Vehicles Technical Specifications Are Given In Annex No. 1 Of The Purchase Contract, Which Is An Annex To This Procurement Documentation. If There Is A Reference To Certain Suppliers, Products Or Patents For Inventions, Utility Models, Industrial Designs, Trademarks Or Designations Of Origin In The Procurement Conditions, Technical Specifications, Project Documentation Or Bill Of Quantities, Then According To The Provisions Of § 89 Paragraph 5 Of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On The Award Of Public Contracts, Such A Reference Is Considered To Be A Specification Of Technical Conditions That Would Not Be Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Without Its Use. For Each Such Link, The Client Explicitly Mentions And Admits The Possibility Of Offering Another Equivalent Solution. The Contracting Authority Expressly Allows Such A Change In The Technical Design, When It Will Not Be A Change Of A Performance Parameter Or A Binding Technical Parameter (E.G. Volume), I.E. When There Will Be No Change To The Approved Ts Of The Car, But Other Components Will Be Used, But They Must Be Approved By The Hzs For The Given Use. A Participant In A Public Contract Can Propose A Qualitatively And Technically Similar Solution With Qualitatively The Same Or Better Parameters. All These Deviations Must Be Explicitly Stated By The Supplier In His Offer.
