Demolition of the existing asphalt shingle roofing system located on the sloped roof areas and installation of a new asphalt shingle roofing system in the same locations. The new roofing system shall include asphalt shingles, felt paper and ice and water shield, which will be tied into the existing to remain flat roofing system. Existingroofing components that are to remain and integrated with the new roofing system including the low-slope membrane roofing system, associated lap flashing, etc
