The Project Consists Of Renovation Of The Municipal Court Facilities Within Fort Oglethorpe City Hall, Including Selective Demolition, Interior Renovations, Courtroom Improvements, Accessibility Upgrades, Modifications To Existing Building Systems, And Related Appurtenant Work. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting Will Be Held On Thursday, July 16, 2026, At 10:00 A.M. At Fort Oglethorpe City Hall, 500 City Hall Drive, Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia 30742. Copies May Be Obtained There Upon Payment Of $100.00 For Each Set. This Payment Is Not Refundable. Bidders Must Be Listed On Engineer¿S List Of Planholders Who Have Viewed And/Or Purchased The Contract Documents, Specifications, And Drawings, And Have At A Minimum Been Added To The Engineer¿S List Of Planholders Even If They Have Not Purchased The Contract Documents, Specifications, And Drawings.
