The Aim Of This Public Procedure Is To Choose A Buyer Who Is Prepared To Purchase One Or Both Plots And To Realize The Proposed Development(S) At Its Own Expense And Risk In Accordance With The Principles Of The Municipality. Some Of The Old School Buildings Have Now Been Demolished, Will Be Demolished In The Autumn Or Are Temporarily Rented To Various Parties (Including Vacancy Management).
