The Province Of Utrecht, Together With The Municipality Of Stichtse Vecht, Ns And Prorail, Started The Quality Impulse Public Transport Junction Project At Breukelen In 2023. This Multimodal Hub, Strategically Located Between Two Metropolitan Regions, Facilitates The Daily Transition Between Bicycle, Bus, Car And Train For A Large Number Of Travelers. The Project Aims To Redesign The Public Space Around Breukelen Station, In Line With The Multimodal Junctions Implementation Program 2019-2023 And The Accessibility Program 2024-2029 Of The Province Of Utrecht. The Aim Of The Redesign Is To Stimulate The Use Of Public Transport By: • Beautifying The Public Space • Making The Station Area Climate-Proof • Improving The Quality Of Stay • Optimizing Transfer Options For Travelers The Work To Be Carried Out Is Described In The Selection Guide.
