The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Construction Work Consisting In The Construction Of A New Building Of The Ústí Nad Orlicí Retirement Home, Specifically The New Pavilion D. The New Pavilion Will Be Functionally And Operationally Independent By Nature, Will Have A Descriptive Number And Will Be Independent Of The Existing Buildings Of The Ústí Nad Orlicí Retirement Home Complex. The Contracting Authority Also States That This Is A Repeated Procurement Procedure. As Part Of The Original Procurement Procedure, A Contract Was Concluded With The Contractor, From Which The Contractor Subsequently Withdrew. As A Result Of This Fact, The Project Documentation Was Modified, In Particular To Reduce The Scope Of The Building By Removing Two Floors, And The Public Contract Is Therefore Being Awarded Again.
