Railway Construction Works – Rehabilitation Of The Romanian - Iași - Frontieră Railway Line - Phase 1. Electrification Of The Iași - Frontieră Line (Design And Execution). The Works Proposed And Necessary To Be Executed For The Investment Are As Follows: 1. Elaboration Of Technical Project And Execution Details: Written Part And Drawn Part; 2. Obtaining Approvals, Authorizations; 3. Purchase Of Equipment And Materials; 4. Line Superstructure Rehabilitation Works; 5. Cf Bridge/Floor Repair Works 6. Cf Embankment Rehabilitation Works; 7. Contact And Power Supply Line Assembly Works 8. Railway Installation Protection Works 9. Tests And Checks; 10. Reception Of Works. The Designed Technical Solution Is Of Light Modernization Type And Electrification Of The Existing Route. It Is Proposed To Repair The Existing Route, With Small Local Corrections Of The Existing Curves, To Solve The Dangerous Points And Flood Zones To Allow The Implementation Of The Project Without Additional Earthworks To Allow The Movement Of Trains At The Maximum Speed Allowed By The Current Planimetric Configuration Of The Line. On The Embankment Side, Only Strictly Necessary Works And Works On The Collection And Evacuation Of Rainwater Will Be Carried Out. On The Superstructure Side, It Is Proposed To Repair The Cf Line By Performing Light Modernization Type Works, Including On The Direct Lines From The Stations. In The Stations, Repairs Will Be Made On The First Deviations, The Existing Platforms Will Be Repaired, Excluding The Iași And Nicolina Stations. The Non-Electrified Distance Will Be Electrified And The Existing Electrified Lines Will Be Kept On The Electrified Line Areas. Dismantling Works Of The Existing Equipment Will Be Carried Out Followed By Assembly Works With New Equipment, Respecting The Designed Solution. For The Environment And Consolidations, Only Strictly Necessary Works Are Provided In The Scenario. The Specific Works Provided For In The Project Are:  Contact Line And Power Supply Works  Replacement Works Of The Component Elements Of The Track Superstructure On Current And Direct Lines, Including The Replacement Of The Track Substrate;  Embankment Consolidation Works For The Stability Of The Path Where Appropriate;  Bridge And Floor Repair Works  Light Modernization Type Works At The Level Crossing;  Rehabilitation Of The Electrification Installations In The Stations To Their New Configuration And In The Current Line On The Electrified Line Areas;  Rehabilitation Of Power Supply Facilities In Areas With Electrified Lines. - The Estimated Value Of The Sectoral Purchase: 289,553,824.25 Lei, Without Vat, Respectively 350,360,127.34 Lei With Vat. - Miscellaneous And Unforeseen Expenses, In A Percentage Of Approximately 1.42% Of The Estimated Value Of The Design And Execution Contract, In The Amount Of 4,122,100.56 Lei Without Vat, Respectively 4,987,741.68 Lei With Vat. The Estimated Value Of Miscellaneous And Unforeseen Expenses Is Not Included In The Total Value Of The Contract And Represents Expenses Included In The Structure Of The General Estimate.
