Work Detail
Software Maintenance And Repair Services – Maintenance Service, Support, Operation, Training Plan And Evolutionary Development Of The Ecosystem Of The Fidigital Campus Of The University Of Zaragoza.. Within The Framework Of Its Institutional Digital Transformation Strategy, The University Of Zaragoza Has Developed, Over Time, A Set Of Applications, Services And Digital Infrastructures With The Aim Of Optimizing The Management Of Its Resources, Improving Operational Efficiency And Strengthening The Capacity For Analysis And Decision-Making. This Digital Ecosystem Integrates Advanced Technologies Such As Spatial Data Infrastructures (Sdi), Iot Sensorization Systems, Relational And Non-Relational Databases, Large-Scale Data Analysis Mechanisms (Big Data), As Well As Tools For Information Visualization And Dashboard Generation. These Solutions Make It Possible To Monitor And Control The Operation Of University Infrastructures, Analyze Usage Patterns, Plan Actions, And Guarantee Sustainability And Security In Information Management. All Of This Under Criteria Of Efficiency, Confidentiality, Availability And Regulatory Compliance, Especially With Regard To Legislation On Data Protection, Information Security And Administrative Transparency. However, Due To The Growing Technological Complexity Of The Environment, As Well As The Limitation Of The Technical, Human And Specialization Resources Available Internally, It Is Not Feasible To Assume Within The Organization The Comprehensive Maintenance Tasks That This Ecosystem Requires. In This Sense, It Is Considered Necessary To Have An Entity That Has The Resources, Knowledge And Adequate Operational Solvency To Carry Out Preventive, Corrective And Adaptive Maintenance Tasks, Provide The Required Operational And Technical Support, Provide A Training Plan Adjusted To The Needs, As Well As Develop The Functional And Technical Improvements Expressly Planned And Authorized That Allow The Adequate Evolution Of The Systems. This Need Not Only Responds To The Operational Conservation Of The Implemented Solutions, But Also To Guarantee That Digital Services Remain Aligned With Current Standards, Are Scalable, Resilient And Adaptable To Future Challenges. Likewise, The Contract Incorporates Mechanisms For The Progressive Transfer Of Knowledge And Technical Training, Aimed At Ensuring That The Staff Of The University Of Zaragoza Can Understand, Operate And Maintain The Ecosystem, Avoiding Situations Of Technological Dependence On The Contractor. In Addition, It Ensures Continuity In The Provision Of Key Services To The University Community, Both In The Academic Field And In Institutional Management And Research, Guaranteeing That Actions Derived From Technological Obsolescence, Version Updates Or Adaptation To New Standards Are Carried Out In Accordance With The Scope And Procedures Defined In The Technical Prescription Document, Without Automatically Assuming The Correction Of Structural Defects Or Incidents.
