We Are Looking For General Planning (Including Sub-Planning) With Providers Of Planning Services In The Areas Of Construction Management (Overall Management And, In The Case Of An Arge, Leadership), Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Fire Protection And Building Physics With Extensive Experience In The Implementation Of Repair Projects For Buildings Under Monument Protection. The Project Planning Must Be Carried Out With A High Level Of Organizational Competence And A Strong Sensitivity To The Existing Situation. The Planning And Execution Of The Construction Project Must Be Carried Out In A Cost- And Quality-Conscious Manner And On Time. All Work Must Be Coordinated And Carried Out As Part Of Ongoing Operations.
