We Are Looking For A General Planning Team Consisting Of Experts In Planning Services In The Areas Of Architecture, Construction Management And Hvac With Experience In Stabilizing Measures During The Ongoing Operation Of Listed Buildings, Preferably Institute Buildings With Multiple Users. The General Planning Should Carry Out The Project Planning With A High Level Of Construction And Organizational Competence With Sensitivity Towards The Various Users And Authorities And Implement The Construction Project Sustainably, Cost- And Quality-Consciously And On Time. Construction Project The Institute Buildings At The Botanical Garden Of The University Of Zurich From The Late 1970S Require Complete Repairs After Decades Of Use. This Is Planned For The Period 2036 – 2039. Until Then, Stabilizing Measures Should Ensure Safe Operations.
