The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Collect Insurance Certificates From Lyon Metropole Habitat Tenants And To Return The Data In Digital Form For Automated Integration Into Lyon Metropole Habitats Information Systems. The Objectives Are: - To Comply With The Regulations (Article 7 Of The Law Of July 6, 1989) - The Tenant Has The Obligation To Insure Against The Risks For Which He Must Respond In His Capacity As Tenant And To Justify This When Handing Over The Keys And Then, Each Year, At The Request Of The Lessor - To Have Essential Information In The Event Of A Disaster
