Engineering Design Services – Purchase Of Uncomplicated Design And Project Execution Supervision Services Of Other Engineering Structures Of Other Purpose (Interim). The Procuring Organization Intends To Acquire Simple Services For The Design And Supervision Of The Project Implementation Of Other Engineering Structures Of A Different Purpose. The Requirements For The Procurement Object Are Set Out In Appendix 9 Of The Special Procurement Conditions Draft Of The Preliminary Contract With Annexes. In Carrying Out This Public Procurement, The Procuring Organization Plans To Enter Into A Preliminary Contract For The Purchase Of Services With 4 Suppliers Or With A Smaller Number Of Suppliers, If Less Than 4 Suppliers Will Be Recognized As The Winners Of The Tender. On The Basis Of The Preliminary Contract, Main Procurement Contracts For The Design And Maintenance Of The Project Implementation Of Specific Simple Engineering Structures Of Other Purposes Will Be Concluded With The Suppliers Who Concluded It. The Preliminary Contract Will Be Carried Out By Means Of Renewed Tendering Of Suppliers In All Cases, If The Contract Is Signed With More Than 1 Supplier. The Main Contracts Will Be Concluded In Accordance With Chapter Vii Of The Preliminary Contract (Annex 9 Of The Special Conditions Of Purchase). Specific Requirements For Design And Project Implementation Supervision Services (For A Specific Object) Will Be Determined Separately By The Procuring Organization In Each Specific Case. The Purchase Is Carried Out For The Benefit Of The Kaunas Housing Modernization Agency.
