The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of Facilities As Part Of The Investment Construction Of The New Headquarters Of The Municipal Police Headquarters In Elbląg With Accompanying Facilities, Ul. Lotnicza, Elbląg, Plot No. 38/35, District No. 23, As Well As Handing Over The Facilities Together With The Equipment Necessary To Obtain An Occupancy Permit. The Order Covers The Construction Of A Complex Of Buildings On The Plot With Registration Number No. 38/35, Precinct No. 23, With Internal And External Installations, Connections, Land Development, Small Architecture Elements, Exits From Lotnicza Street And Partial Furnishing Of The Rooms To The Extent And Under The Conditions Specified In The Terms Of Reference With Annexes, Including In Particular The Opz, Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bills Of Quantities, As Well As Under The Arrangements Of The Authors Supervision And The Investors Supervision. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain And Submit To The Ordering Party A Final Decision On Permission To Use All The Facilities. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Acquisition Of Plot No. 38/35, District No. 23, Organization Of The Construction Site Along With The Organization Of Office And Social Facilities, Its Maintenance And Liquidation; 2) Carrying Out Preparatory Works, All Construction Works, Including The Construction Of Connections And Reconstruction Of The Network, Planting Greenery; 3) Obtaining, By Its Own Means And At Its Own Expense, All Consents, Decisions, Permits, Authorizations And Arrangements Necessary For The Implementation Of The Entire Subject Of The Order, With The Exception Of Consents, Decisions, Arrangements, Utility Supply Contracts Obtained Or To Be Obtained Or Signed By The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Draft Contract, Constituting Annexes To The Swz; 4) Carrying Out All Tests, Examinations, Tests And Start-Ups Required By Law Or Design Documentation (Including By The Authorized Service Of The System Or Device Manufacturer) For All Built-In Devices And Systems, Confirming The Expected Quality And Functionality Of The Performed Works And Built-In Devices; 5) Obtaining Approvals For Individual Use In Construction And Sample Approvals For The Materials Required In The Design Documentation; 6) Transfer Of Copyrights And Licenses To All Works Created For The Purpose Of Executing The Order To The Ordering Party; 7) Conducting Training For The Staff Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Operation Of The Facility, Built-In Systems And Devices Before Reporting Readiness For Final Acceptance; 8) Ensuring Benefits From The Quality Guarantee And Maintenance Services During Its Validity; 9) Performing Greenery Maintenance Treatments During The Warranty And Guarantee Period; 10) Preparation Of Contractors Studies, Including As-Built Documentation And Workshop Drawings; 11) Implementation Of The Eod Platform And Providing A License For Its Use To The Ordering Party. 12) Checking Geological Research
