The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Project Preparation (Including The Design Of A Lightning Protection System Solution, The Supply And Installation Of Photovoltaic Power Plants (Hereinafter Referred To As Pv) On The Roofs Of 7 Buildings In The Territory Of The Statutory City Of Brno According To The Table Below (Including The Implementation Of Lps And The Necessary Construction Modifications Of The Affected Sampling Point And The Roof), With A Total Volume Of Pv Power Of 957.04 Kwp. The Public Contract Is Awarded Using Section 92 Para. 2 Of The Zzvz In The Form Of Performance And Function Requirements (Design & Build Method), Which Are Specified In Annex No. 1 Of The Contract Proposal, Which Forms Annex No. 1. An Integral Part Of The Suppliers Performance Is The Project Preparation For The Issuance Of All Necessary Permits And The Installation Of The Pv Plant, Including The Completion Of The Implementation Of The Pv Plant, And The Subsequent Commissioning Of The Pv Plant.
