The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With A Minimum Of One And A Maximum Of Two Participants In The Procurement Procedure, While The Selection Of Participants In The Framework Agreement Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Section 133, Paragraph 2 Of The Act, For A Period Of 24 Months Or Until The Financial Limit Of The Contract Is Exhausted. Individual Public Contracts (Performance Orders) Will Be Awarded In Accordance With § 132, Paragraph 3 Of The Act, Without The Renewal Of Competition Between Participants In The Framework Agreement. When Concluding A Partial Order For The Implementation Of A Public Contract, The Customer Will Proceed In Such A Way That He Always Invites The Participant Who Placed First In The Order During The Evaluation Of The Offers (Provider No. 1). If Provider No. 1 Refuses To Accept The Order, The Ordering Party Will Invite The Participant Who Placed Next In Order During The Bid Evaluation (Provider No. 2).
