Building Alteration Work – Rehabilitation And Development Work On Office/Tertiary Buildings On Two Sites (Cannes La Bocca And Antibes). The Contract Concerns The Rehabilitation And Interior And Exterior Development Of Five (5) Buildings Distributed Between Two (2) Sites: One In Antibes (2 Buildings), And The Cannes-La-Bocca Support Point (3 Buildings), I.E. A Total Surface Area Of ​​Approximately 2,900 M². The Operation Also Includes The Requalification Of Accesses, Surrounding Areas And Parking Areas. All Of The Work Will Be Carried Out Jointly On The Two Sites, In Exploited And Active Areas. The Services Will Cover All Trades And In Particular (In Particular Structural Work, Demolition, Roofing, Finishing Works, Roads Networks Miscellaneous, Heating Ventilation And Air Conditioning, High Currents/Weak Currents, Photovoltaic Panels, Elevator).
