Technical Inspection And Testing Services – Assessment Of The Technical Condition And Safety Of The Jabłoń Weir At Km 95+565 Of The Wieprz-Krzna Canal And The Kropiwki Weir At Km 73+600 Of The Wieprz-Krzna Canal, Together With An Inspection Every 5 Years. The Subject Of The Order Is To Perform A Separate Assessment Of The Technical Condition And Safety Of Damming Structures For Each Structure - The Jabłoń Weir At Km 95+560 Of The Wieprz-Krzna Canal, The Kropiwki Weir At Km 73+600 Of The Wieprz-Krzna Canal (Hereinafter Referred To As The Assessment), Together With A Periodic Inspection, At Least Once Every 5 Years, Combined With A Periodic Inspection At Least Once A Year, Of The Technical Condition And Suitability For Use Of Hydrotechnical Structures (In Accordance With Article 62(1)(2) Of The Construction Law), Carrying Out Tests And Measurements Enabling The Assessment Of The Technical Condition And Safety Of The Structure (In Accordance With Article 189(4) Of The Water Law Act), Preparing The Necessary Bills Of Quantities For Renovation And Repair Works To Be Performed On Weirs In Order To Bring The Facilities To An Appropriate Technical Condition.
