Construction Work – Provision, Rental And Clearance Of Temporary Container Facilities -Id26085_Oez-. The Service Includes The Provision, Construction, Rental And Subsequent Dismantling Of A Temporary Container Facility For 2,600 People On The Property Of The Former Tegel Airport North And East Of Terminal C. The Facility Consists Of Three-Story Buildings For Accommodation With Integrated Administration And Lounge Areas. In Total, The Project Includes Around 2,800 Containers. The Project Is To Be Implemented In Several Container Clusters. A Total Of 22 Buildings Are Planned, Divided Into Seven Clusters (2 Geas Clusters, 5 Akuz Clusters). Each Cluster Forms A Functionally Self-Sufficient Unit In Which All Functions Required For The Intended Use Are Integrated. The Rental Agreement Begins For Each Cluster With The Handover Of A Cluster, Which Must Take Place No Earlier Than April 1St, 2027 And For The Geas Cluster No Later Than June 1St, 2027 And For The Akuz Cluster No Later Than October 1St, 2027 And Ends At The End Of May 31St, 2031.
