The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Set Up An Artificial Nutrition Service (Enteral And/Or Parenteral) At Home For Patients Followed By The Antoine Lacassagne Center (Hereinafter Referred To As The Center), According To The Terms Defined In This Contract.
