The Purpose Of This Contract Is Home Help Services As A Basic Provision Of Community Social Services And The System For Autonomy And Dependency Care. The Home Help Service Owned By The City Council Of San Juan De Aznalfarache, Through This Contract, Will Be Managed Indirectly As A Single Municipal Service, Although Subject To A Double Regime Of User Access And Financing, In Application Of The Current Regulations On The Matter. The Contract Is Configured As A Service That Entails Direct Benefits In Favor Of Citizens And Will Be Executed In The Terms Of The Corresponding Specifications And Subject To The Provisions Established In The Order Of July 27, 2023 Of The Ministry Of Social Inclusion, Youth, Families And Equality, Which Regulates The Home Help Service In The Autonomous Community Of Andalusia, Or Regional Regulations That Replace It.
