The Contract Is Concluded Between The Future Contractor And 6 Contractual Partners, The City Region Of Aachen, The City Of Aachen, The City Of Alsdorf, The City Of Eschweiler, The City Of Herzogenrath And The City Of Stolberg, And Must Be Billed On A Client-By-Client Basis. -The Contract Term Is To Be Set For 5 Years Or 3.5 Years With The Optional Extension Of A Further 1.5 Years From The Time Of Go-Live. -The Productive Implementation Takes Place After Commissioning Of 75% (See Point 7.1 Of The Service Description). -After The Contract Has Been Awarded, 3 Vehicles Each (Chassis Will Be Determined After Consultation With The Client) Must Be Equipped As Quickly As Possible For The City And City Region Of Aachen In Order To Gain Initial Practical Experience. -After Acceptance Of The Entire System, Part Of The Tender Also Includes The Maintenance And Care Of The Entire System Including The Server Hardware. -An Evb-It System Delivery Contract Is Concluded Between The Client And The Contractor. Software General: The System Solution For Digital Operational Documentation Based On Tablet Computers Must Consist Of The Following System Components: A) A Mobile Application (App) On An Ipad. (Proof Required!) B) A Web Client In The Internet Browser Of An Appropriately Configured Pc Alternatively, A Client-Server Application For Post-Operation Processing On A Desktop Pc (Windows) At The Station. C) As Well As Appropriate Server Software Including Queries Via Sql Commands Or Web Access For Administration. D) All System Components Must Be Able To Operate Efficiently And Error-Free.
