The Subject Of The Basic Order And In The Option Law Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of Maintenance Services For Additional Structures Constituting Equipment In: 1.1 70 (Say: Seventy) Mjk Vehicles; 1.2 32 Vehicles (In Words: Thirty-Two) Mpk; Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As The Services. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: A Basic Order (Guaranteed) And An Order Covered By Option Rights (Non-Guaranteed, Optional), Provided For In Accordance With Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law. 3. The Conditions For The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Ppu And Its Annexes.
