Kłobucka 14, B) In Residential Buildings At Ul. Kłobucka 16A/18B, C) In A Residential Building At Ul. Kłobucka 18C, D) In Residential Buildings At Ul. Kłobucka 16B/18D. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For: A) Preparing All Studies, Including Those Not Mentioned By Name, Which Are Necessary From The Point Of View Of The Completeness Of The Documentation In Terms Of Obtaining Decisions From State And Local Government Administration Bodies Or Other Industry Units Agreeing On The Documentation, B) Launching The Installation, C) Training At Least 2 Persons Of The Ordering Party In Buildings Where Photovoltaic Installations Have Been Installed In The Scope Of Operation Of The Devices Used, D) Providing Technical And Commissioning Documentation, Operating Instructions And General Installation Diagram, Passwords For Access To The Monitoring System. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Scope Of Work, And Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements In Terms Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In: - Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, - Designed Provisions Of The Contract With Annexes - Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 2) Obligations Arising From The Social Clause: A) In The Proceedings In Question, The Ordering Party Applies The Social Clause Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law. B) The Contractor Undertakes To Ensure That Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order Throughout The Entire Period Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Performed By Persons Employed Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Labor Code By The Contractor Or Subcontractor.
