Printing Services – Contract N° 2026Ao25009100 Maintenance - Maintenance, Printing - Display, Renovation, Supply, Installation - Removal Of Street Furniture From The Department Of Val Doise. This Contract Is A Framework Agreement Based On Purchase Orders Which Aims For The Upkeep, Maintenance, Printing And Display, Renovation, Supply, Installation And Removal Of Street Furniture: Shelters, Information Points, Time Posts, Seating Furniture And Bicycle Hoops. The Description Of The Services And Their Technical Specifications Are Indicated In The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses (Cctp). Successive Orders Are Sent In The Form Of Purchase Orders Signed By Agents Authorized By The Representative Of The Contracting Authority. In Application Of The Provisions Of Article L2711-8 Of The Public Procurement Code, Within Two Days After Receipt Of A Purchase Order For The Execution Of A Service, If The Holder Indicates That He Cannot Comply With This Order For Reasons Considered Valid By The Contracting Authority, The Order May Be Placed With A Third Party. Characteristics/Quantities (Annual Estimate): Monthly Maintenance: Over 12 Months Institutional Display: Over 12 Months Replacement Of Roofs Of Passenger Shelters (Lot Of 15 Pieces Of Furniture): 4 There Are No Plans To Break Them Down Into Sections Or Lots. The Contract Is Not Allocated, Because The Division Into Separate Lots Risks Making The Execution Of The Services Technically Difficult And Financially More Costly. This Contract Is Concluded From The Date Prescribed By The Service Order Established By The Representative Of The Contracting Authority And Notified To The Holder And For A Period Of One Year. It Is Tacitly Renewable Three Times By The Contracting Authority, For Periods Of One Year, Without Its Total Duration Exceeding Four Years. The Holder Cannot Refuse The Renewal. The Contract Is Concluded Within The Following Financial Limits: - Minimum Annual Amount 250,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax - Maximum Annual Amount 750,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Qualification Required: Electrical Authorization In Compliance With Regulations (Bt)
