The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Three Passenger Cars Of One Brand, New, Unused, 5-Seater, Sedan Type: 4-Door Or 5-Door, Or 5-Door Liftback, Meeting The Technical And Operational Conditions For At Least Middle-Class Cars. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Technical Parameters For The Ordered Cars Is Included In Appendix No. 1D To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Cars Be Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2026 And Be Complete And Ready For Use. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide At Least One Authorized Service Center (Aso) Within The City Of Krakow Or Within A Maximum Distance Of 10 Km From The Administrative Borders Of The City Of Krakow. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Insurance Services For Passenger Cars Referred To In Section 1 For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract In The Field Of Third Party Liability Insurance, Ac Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance, Zk Insurance And Assistance. 6. Warranty Conditions For The Order: A) The Ordering Party Requires That Each Car Is Covered By A Minimum 24-Month Full Manufacturers Warranty For Mechanical, Electrical And Electronic Components, Counting From The Date Of Receipt Of The Car By The Ordering Party On The Basis Of The Acceptance Report, B) The Ordering Party Requires That Each Car Is Covered By A Minimum 24-Month Paint Warranty, Counting From The Date Of Receipt Of The Car By The Ordering Party On The Basis Of The Acceptance Report, With No Mileage Limit. C) The Ordering Party Requires That Each Car Is Covered By A Minimum 120-Month Warranty Against Body Perforation, Counting From The Date Of Receipt Of The Car By The Ordering Party On The Basis Of The Acceptance Report, Without A Mileage Limit. 7. As Part Of The Delivery Of Cars Covered By The Basic Order, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Accept, As A Form Of Partial Settlement, The Purchase Of 3 Used Company Passenger Cars With Equipment.
