The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Contracting Of Services For The Analysis, Design, Construction, Start-Up And Maintenance Of A Technological Ecosystem For The Montaña De Riaño Tourist Destination, As Well As The Necessary Training For The End Users Of The Ecosystem. According To Article 17 Of The Lcsp, The Nature Of The Contract Is Qualified As A Service Contract To Which The Provisions Of Article 308 Of The Lcsp Will Apply. Both The Contracting Of The Services And The Final Training Are The Subject Of The Collaboration Agreement Between The Provincial Council Of León And The Montaña De Riaño Local Action Group. The Division Into Lots Is Not Appropriate So That The Entire Technological Ecosystem Of The Montaña De Riaño Tourism Sustainability Plan Is Executed In Accordance With A Common Methodology And With The Same Identity, Avoiding Duplications And Resolving The Present And Future Technological Needs Of The Territory. This Avoids Duplicating The Coordination Tasks In The Execution Of The Work, Billing And Accounting, With The Consequent Risk For The Correct Functional Execution Of The Same, The Uniformity Of The Project And The Adequate Monitoring And Control Of The Contracted Work.
