The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Supply Of Electricity To Imwm-Pib Facilities Located Throughout The Country Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz With A Total Estimated Volume Of 16,240 Mwh, Including 15,860 Mwh For The Basic Order And 380 Mwh For The Order Under The Option Right; 2) Supply Of Electricity To Imwm-Pib Facilities Under The Option Right, On The Terms And Within The Scope Specified In The Order Documents, In Particular In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Offer Form And The Contract Template. The Use Of Rights Under The Option Right Will Depend Solely On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To A Claim For Failure To Complete The Order Specified Under The Option Right; 3) Purchase Of Surplus Electricity Generated In Photovoltaic Installations Belonging To The Ordering Party And Not Consumed At The Place Of Its Production, To The Extent Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Contract Template, On The Basis Of A Separate Contract Concluded. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
