The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Entitled: Development Of The Public Space Of Wałowy Square As Part Of The Project Revitalization Of The Lower Town And Wałowy Square Together With The Old Suburb In Gdańsk. The Order Is Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula And In The Build Formula - It Includes The Preparation Of Design Documentation And Execution Of Construction Works. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 4.1. The Order Includes Two Scopes Divided Into The Following Acceptance Items: A) Scope No. 1 Security Of The Municipal Building At Ul. Pod Zrębem 6 In Order To Be Able To Carry Out Works - Implementation In The Design And Build Formula. 1) 1St Subject Of Acceptance - Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation To Secure The Building At Ul. Pod Zrębem 6 In Order To Carry Out Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Development Of The Public Space Of Wałowy Square As Part Of The Project: Revitalization Of The Lower Town And Wałowy Square Together With The Old Suburb In Gdańsk. Along With Determining The Schedule Of Works And Works And Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements, Permits And Final Administrative Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of The Works; 2) 2Nd Subject Of Acceptance - Comprehensive Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In Securing The Building Based On The Approved Design Documentation Prepared As Part Of The 1St Subject Of Acceptance. Performing Authors Supervision In The Implementation Of Construction Works Performed On The Basis Of Design Documentation Which Is The Subject Of Acceptance No. I. 5. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes All Works (Including Design Works), Activities And Works Necessary To Perform The Investment Task, Including, Among Others: 5.1. Scope Financed By Drmg: Scope No. 1: Security Of The Municipal Building At Ul. Pod Zrębem 6 In Order To Be Able To Carry Out Works - Implementation In The Design And Build Formula. Preparation Of Technical Documentation For Securing The Building With Partial Demolition And Monitoring Its Condition In Order To Be Able To Carry Out The Works, Obtaining Appropriate Administrative Decisions And Comprehensive Implementation Of Construction Works. The Subject Of The Order Is To Perform Necessary, Correct And Comprehensive Design Work In The Design And Build Formula.
