Tenders Are Invited For 26010 Cambridgeshire County Council Cleaning & Grounds Maintenance Framework

The Authority Wishes To Appoint One Provider To Provide A Cleaning And Grounds Maintenance Service To The Organisation Across A Variety Of Properties Within The Geographical Boundaries Of The County Of Cambridgeshire. The Provider Shall Be Expected To Undertake A Comprehensive Cleaning Service, Including Routine Daily Cleaning Of Varying Types Of Buildings, Deep Cleans, Periodic Cleans, Window Cleaning, Provision Of Sanitary Bins And Nappy Bins, Barrier Matting And Other Requirements Usually Associated With A Contact Of This Type, Including Reactive And Preventative Pest Control And Also Gritting And Snow Cleaning Services, As Well As A Grounds Maintenance Service. It Is Expected That An Initial Contract Will Last For A Period Of Two Years With Two Options To Extend For One Further Year (2+1+1) And Will Take The Form Of A Framework Agreement Under Which Individual Requirements For Each Site Will Be Specified And Priced According To A Schedule Of Rates Agreed As A Result Of This Tender Process.
